Waiting for the paperback. I'm terrified that
this won't live up to the first Flavia de Luce
and am refusing to read any reviews.
The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie is my choice for the 2009/10 second-best 'book set in a country house'. The first place went to Sarah Waters' magnificent The Little Stranger (2009).
